Cancellation Policy
Cancellations done less than 12hrs before appointment result in lost of deposit. Also a 30% inconvenience fee of the services booked! Another deposit will be required upon rebooking. 10min grace period provided, if you are more than 10min late your appointment will be cancelled unless I confirm it’s ok for you to still arrive
